Event Manager

The ServeAnt Event Manager module allows you to enter upcoming events of interest to your website visitors. You have the ability to define groups and categories to link your events to, just as with the News Manager module.


Included with the Event Manager module is a calendar displaying your events on a monthly basis. The user can choose the month and year to view, as well as to refine the events to a selected group of events.  The calendar has a built in feature to automatically add a chosen event to a visitor’s Outlook calendar simply by clicking on a link.


Your members (and others) can register online for the events that you create.  You can  upgrade your ServeAnt Event Manager to accept online payments if you charge a fee to attend your events.

You can prominently display your Upcoming Events throughout your website.


Another terrific feature of our Event Manager is the ability to link our Survey Manager tool to an Event.  This can be used if you need to gather information from your members that coincides with an event.  For instance, if you have a dinner that is a part of an event, you can create a survey that will ask each member as they register if they're bringing a guest, what dinner entree they would like, etc...
